I have just finished a training session with my team and this was my focal point – why does anyone want to give you time if you are not going to make a difference in their lives in the time they give you?

It is true – a good person and the words they use are like pure silver – a commodity people want.  Your words will benefit people and by that, your words will be in demand.

It is also true that an evil persons words are worthless.  They are much more consumed with themselves than with you.  They do not realize it yet, but they could kill themselves with their own lack of awareness of their foolishness.
